Spookin Whizkey

Whiz is a 14.3 hand buckskin gelding with a ton of chrome and a gorgeous bald face. He’s got great bloodlines and has the best puppy dog-like personality. Whiz is versatile and has a "can-do" friendly attitude. He spent time in training with Shawn Flarida, where he started all the reining maneuvers. He’s laid back and prefers a slower pace, but will absolutely move out when his rider asks him to. Whiz has a SUPER cute jog and a ground-covering long trot, and is a great loper - all of his gaits are solid and smooth. He has a gorgeous set of flying lead changes! We’ve had him a year and in that time have done a lot of outside riding. He has experience around the ranch checking cattle, opening/closing gates, trail riding all over, etc. In addition to all of this, Whiz was shown for a year in the Ranch Riding, Ranch Trail, and Halter/Conformation classes with great success. He has wonderful transitions and expression while being ridden, so he’s an easy stand out horse in the crowd.
